Christina estate

Christinagården is a small cozy Bed & Breakfast, Hostel, Campground, Conference Center which is beautifully nestled on the edge of
the forest in Fjällsjöälven valley with a view of the Flakaberg.

Main building with 5 rooms, large living room and terrace and kitchen (for self-catering and ordered breakfast) + cottage 6 + 2 beds, some campsites and 1 camping cabin for 1-2 people. Small bathing place 400 m, free fishing in the river and pond (big pike) and many fishing waters for trout / char (fishing license). Nice hiking / biking trails. Berry and mushroom picking. Many sights and experiences. See more below. Once a week, gatherings with Jesus are held at the center.

LOCATION:

Christnagården is located in the valley of Fjällsjöälven in western Ångermanland in the village of Sundmo (between Näsåker and Ramsele). About 50 m from the city road. The forest is next to the houses with nice hiking trails.

Christinagården consists of:
A main building with 5 specifically furnished rooms, self-catering kitchen and ordered breakfast, 2 shared toilets including 1 with shower, large family room (with sofas, TV and dining table) and large balcony to the south with loungers and garden furniture.
A cottage in 1½ plan with 6 beds in the upstairs bedroom + 2 beds in the sofa bed in the living room, furnished hall upstairs, kitchen with fridge / freezer, micro, coffee maker, kettle etc., shower / toilet, entrance hall.
A small camping cottage / overnight cottage for 1-2 persons. Not water.
Some campsites, electricity access.

EXPERIENCES:

Be prepared for the approximately 4000-year-old rock carvings at Nämforsen (where the water is sealed between 15 June-15 August), which is one of Europe's predominant rocking areas. Or find out about the recently discovered rock paintings around the river valley. Visit the Junsele Zoo and see the unique white tigers or Kåtabyn with the highway. Nice hiking / cycling trails behind the knot, Hiking to the hammock with a nice view. 8 km to former Kilforsen with natural swimming pool and waterfall. Berries (deer, gooseberries, blueberries, lingon) and fungus picking in season. Small bathing place 400 m. The orchid moors south of Edsele. Take a course in the bakery on the farm or rent the backyard for your own back. Explore newly discovered caves during a day trip or see the strange rock formations outside of Backe. Ramsele Old Church from 1200 Century and SVAR Family History Center in Ramsele. Many events such as the Ramsele Edsele Week in July, the Rafnastämman in August, the Truck Race in September and many markets of different kinds during the summer. In the 3 rivers, there is free fishing (pike perch, dark mm, sometimes also harrow and trout), in Sundmotjärnen there are sturdy trees. Around there are fishing waters with a fishing license for trout / charcoal.

In winter we go skiing / snowmobiling in the shooting range. 6 slalom trucks are available within day trips with varying degrees of difficulty, distance 16 km-70 km.
