We are a church guesthouses and hostels in the Swedish Church. We welcome individual guests, konfirmand- and alpha groups et.c. and organizes retreats, courses, etc. We have daily prayer in 1100 century church and is operated through a 1700-century rectory with surrounding buildings. A fantastic environment, both spiritual and temporal!

LOCATION:

We are located in the Old Hjälmseryd, in the southern part of Sävsjö. Our nearest towns are Vrigstad, our buses station and Stockaryd the train station in the south of the main line. We are located just off Highway 30, midway between Jönköping and Växjö, about 6 mil to both. We are scenic with many fine walks in the surroundings.

FACILITY:

We have about twenty rooms in various price ranges and standards. Everything from single rooms with private toilet and shower to multiple rooms in hostels default. We serve good, homemade food. We can accommodate food groups of up to 50 persons overnight groups up to 30 persons.

CONFERENCES:

We have a small conference room with AV equipment and home theater systems.

EXPERIENCES:

Above all, we recommend the scenic surroundings for recreation and nature experiences. If you want to improve themselves, we have rich and cataloged library of primarily theological literature. For families there are family bath in Sävsjö, Two mil away. In Sävsjö is also Boda Borg, a very popular adventure house. There is any possibility to borrow a car. Horse riding facilities are available in the neighboring farm.
